Use a

|
| |
There obvious
pluses and minuses for each however the major advantages of booking
online are (a) Keener Prices (b) Local Knowledge (c) Better Support in China (d) Able to Book Domestic Air Tickets and
other Land Arrangements. On the Local Agent side, you may have the
comfort level whilst in your home country but can they really assist
when you are in China? |

Selecting the Right Cruise Line, Ship and Cabin |
|
| |
There are
currently more than 20 cruise operators running ships on the yangzi,
ranging from do-it-yourself ferries from 75
GBP (not recommended) up to 1,000
GBP for a luxury suite on a high-end Western Luxury cruise
line. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
For the most you will be
better advised to opt for the higher end 5* Chinese/Western managed ships however for those of you who are not so
concerned abut fancy food and a luxurious on board experience then some
of the 4* ships are quite
acceptable. For a decent ship and cabin, with decent food, you will need
to spend at least 295 GBP and for
the higher end ships 375 GBP and up. Cruise Prices include
all shore excursions and food on board and relevant port taxes. |
